How to optimise ChatGPT for my business natalie digital

If every time you use ChatGPT you have to explain what your business does, who you are addressing and how you speak, there is a problem: you are missing a basic document.

And no, it is not optional.

What you need

A simple document with this information:

  • What you do
  • What you sell
  • Who are you talking to
  • How you talk
  • What objectives do you have with your content
  • What style do you use
  • ...

That thing you're always repeating. That you think ChatGPT should already know.
Put it all in there. Once.
And use it every time you generate content, ideas or automations.

Why it will help you

  • Will you stop writing the same thing over and over again?
  • You will have clarity to create
  • You will make better use of AI
  • You will work faster
  • You will delegate better

This is the first thing you need to create with artificial intelligence without getting frustrated.

How to put it together without wasting time

You are not going to fill out an eternal form.
I made a ready prompt.
You copy it, put the name of your business and a link (web, Instagram, whatever you have).
In seconds, ChatGPT gives you a basis for your document.
You adjust it and that's it.

Want the prompt ready to copy and paste?

The prompt.

Copy and paste this prompt into ChatGPT, replace what is in bold. And you're done!

I want you to analyse the online presence of this company: [Write here the name of your business/brand if you have a physical location write where and the website and social media links you have].

Search for your website, main social networks (Instagram, Facebook, linkedin, TikTok if you have one), Google Reviews or any other relevant source. From that, send me back a detailed summary including:

0. Summary of the business or brand.
1. What you offer (products, services, speciality).
2. Who you are speaking to (type of customer, style of audience).
3. Tone and style of communication (formal, informal, emotional, minimalist, fun, etc). Tone and style of writing - go deeper here.
4. Key words or phrases they repeat.
5. What type of content they publish (photos, reels, stories, blog, etc).
6. Visual aesthetics (colours, style of photos, setting, general branding).
7. What emotions or experiences they sell (homemade food, luxury, relaxation, proximity, humour, etc.).
8. Differentials: what makes them different? Why would anyone choose them?

Give me all that in a canvas to copy and paste into a google document, of course.

Don't make up information if it's not clear. If something is missing, indicate what data you didn't find.

Generate a first version of the document based on that. Be clear, specific and orderly.

Don't forget to activate the search button in ChatGPT, to force it to actually search.

Don't keep repeating the same thing every time you open ChatGPT.
Do it once, well done.

Then, instead of repeating, you will upload that document to the chat you have with ChatGPT or whatever language model you use.

And start creating with focus, order, without wasting time.
